Initiate Your Request
Log into your Retropia account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
